Relationship Fitting

One of SpatialAnalyzer’s most popular modules features Relationship optimization. This innovative spatial transformation capability works concurrently to “best-fi t” the distance between objects (measured points) and known geometric shapes (points, lines, planes, and surfaces.)  Each relationship can be considered individually in regard to its overall importance to the part/tool performance requirements.

Dynamic 6D Assembly Tracking

The Trans-Track module expands SpatialAnalyzer’s ability to support dynamic 6D tracking of assembly components using many metrology devices. Trans-Track inspects the data feedback from networked measurement systems, and instantly compares the results with nominal references to guide an assembly-in-process, or to validate a final assembly configuration. The SpatialAnalyzer operator can view the assembly operation in real-time, at anytime, during the process.

Measurement Plan

Tackle your repetitive QA tasks with SpatialAnalyzer’s Measurement Plan (MP) module. MP is packed with tools enabling you to build plans and templates for easy scripting of measurement processes. Users can create programs to automate and follow those same recurring processes to acquire more repeatable, accurate data. Using MP software, metrology professionals can script complex operations for production applications. The module also provides interfaces to machine controllers if needed.

Reverse Design

SpatialAnalyzer’s Reverse Design package provides a complete solution for feature extraction and analysis at a price that won’t break the bank. From data acquisition to surface creation, Reverse Design delivers accurate 3D polygonal models with basic geometric shape creations for manufacturing applications.

FREE SpatialAnalyzer Viewer

The SpatialAnalyzer Viewer opens SA files easily so users and clients can visualize and assess the metrology project at hand. The free SA Viewer is the perfect communications tool to deliver measurement and analysis results in a concise 3D graphical format.
