The CB Series construction balls are used for applications requiring a 1/2" reference ball located a known distance from a surface, on the centerline of a hole.  The shank of the CB construction ball has a diameter held to very close tolerances for a precision slip fit.  Various offset dimensions and shank diameters are available (see table and part drawing below).  Two piece welded design.  The shank has a threaded hole (6-32 UNC) for use with our BEX Series extension bars or other customer-supplied fixtures.  Choose from the available sizes shown in the table below:

Part No. Offset "A" Shank dia. "B" Length "L"
CB-3125-2500 0.3125" 0.250" 0.63"
CB-5000-2500 0.500" 0.250" 0.94"
CB-5000-3125 0.500" 0.3125" 0.94"
CB-5000-3750 0.500" 0.375" 1.50"
