803-MCL Metric Length Reference Kit

Our 803-MCL Length Reference Kit provides a length for use
during laser tracker or scanner jobs. Use it to establish system
scale when using single measuring
instruments or when bundling multiple instruments together.
Or use it to verify system accuracy and stability during a
measurement job. Many of our customers shoot a length
reference bar at the beginning, middle, and end of a job to
gain confidence that nothing moved or changed during the
shoot.
The 803-MCL consists of a kit of our metric Invar tubing and
connectors, two of our 1.5INV magnetic
SMR nests (for a 1.5" SMR), and four
15199 square support feet. SMRs
are not included with this kit. The Invar tubing
elements are individually NIST-traceable.
Invar is an excellent material for
this application due to its extreme stability over a wide temperature
range.
