The 1260 is a right angle prismatic eyepiece adapter.
It's great for use in very low setups, or
when working close to walls, columns, or similar obstructions,
when you can't get behind the normal eyepiece of the
instrument.
The 1260 may be rotated through 360°, giving an erect but reversed
image.
