The close tolerance fit of our model 560-2 steel cup mount in its cast iron base means accuracy and ease of setting up.  Use this heavy-duty, long-wearing cup mount for any adjustable alignment telescope mounting or as a spherical target holder.  The threaded portion which accepts the cup mount is bored so that the cup mount moves perpendicular to the plane of the mounting pads.  There are three mounting pads on the base which are machined flat.  The 560-2 may be bolted to a surface or may be adapted to the 3½" x 8 thread on one of our stands using the 5144 cup mount adapter.
